The Place
Xpress is delighted to be working with an independent hotel who are now seeking aFood and Beverage Duty Manager for this Dundee & Angus-based property. Our client would also see this as a great opportunity for a first-time Assistant R&B Manager who is now looking to get that step up and take on board a property that has a massive vision and is set within the rural countryside of Scotland.
The Job
AsFood and Beverage Duty Manager youwill be responsible when on shift for managing everything within your department, supported by a dedicated teamand reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, as part of your remit you will be responsible for high customer ratings, impeccable service and increasing sales and profit throughout the business as and where possible without negatively impacting on the customer experience.
You will be highly visible in the front-of-house operation and will spend time communicating with your guests in this highly engaging and vibrant environment.
This is definitely NOT an office-based role, neither is it corporate focussed, just pure hospitality and delivering the extra touches that will make the difference.
The Person
You must have Hotel experience when applying for thisFood and Beverage Duty Manager role,preferably with exposure to C&B and Hotel eventswhere tourists and return customers staying at the hotel are part of your core residency and are looking for that first-class experience every time they visit the premises.
