The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to join a very fast-paced, music-driven nightclub. You'll be the on-floor leader, working alongside the Deputy and General Managers to:
- Confidently manage nightly floor operations with pace, precision and energy
- Keep safety, licensing and guest experience at the highest level
- Supervise, schedule and motivate front-of-house teams (bar, servers, security)
- Lead conflict resolution, crowd control and emergency protocols
- Manage nightly financial reporting and inventory control
About You
- Personal License Holder (preferred but not essential)
- 2+ years in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or nightclub
- A hands-on, solutions-led leader who thrives under pressure
- Brilliant communicator, calm, clear and authoritative
- Passionate about nightlife, music and high-energy environments
- Ready to work late nights and lead from the middle of the dancefloor
