The Job: As Cluster GM, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations, including all financial budgets, GPs, and payroll, in line with all agreed business forecasts. You will work in collaboration with nominated suppliers on brand and product offerings, such as promotions. Your responsibilities include ensuring staff are trained and supported with industry-leading brand knowledge and experience, enabling your team to serve both established and new customers effectively, providing excellent product and venue experiences that encourage repeat visits.
