About the Role
If you are looking for a long-term career, where you are guaranteed your working shifts on a fixed contract, no loading and unloading to do then this job is for you. Our company prides itself in making sure we provide a work life balance, meaning everyday you are guaranteed to be home, and you don’t stay overnight in your trucks. We provide brand new state of the art trucks, alongside the latest technology-based apps to use.

Amazing and Unique Benefits:
Truck Driver is not required to assist with any unloading/loading. Relax in the break room area whilst the warehouse staff load and unload.
Driving only from site to site
Traction work only– drop/swap trailers. On average 4 swaps per shift, working with boxed trailers mainly.
Paid for full shift regardless if the route is cancelled by us or the route finishes early
Flexible working hours
28 days paid holidays

HGV Driver Requirements:
Hold a valid commercial Driving licence with the correct categories C + E (CLASS 1)
Have a professional Driving Qualification called the Full Driver Certificate of Professional competence
Hold a Digital Tachograph/smart card
Pass a criminal background check
Be able to read & speak basic English
Have a maximum of 6 points on the Driving licence (as well as no DD, DR OR IN endorsements)
In return we offer £38,500 per annum paid as a hourly rate (weekly).
4 on 2 off with a mixture of days, nights and weekends
