We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Operations Agent to join our busy team. Xpress Despatch Ltd is an independently owned logistics and distribution company based in Paisley. We pride ourselves on the personal service we offer to all our customers. Our sales, operations and customer service teams work with customers to help deliver a premium service.
Day to Day responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing high level of telephone support services to customers, clients, and other depots.
- Helping customers with enquiries via telephone calls, emails, and on-site enquiries.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- General office/logistics duties/handling parcels.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a team player with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:
- Call centre experience.
- Customer service skills, exceptional telephone manner, with experience of problem solving and complaint handling gained in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Excellent IT skills and experience working with multiple operating systems.
- Decisive problem-solving abilities and reasoning skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
You will be required to work 5 shifts Monday to Friday (the occasional Saturday shift may be required). Competitive salary depending on experience with company pension.
