As part of our founding team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in full-cycle sales, account management, and start‑up growth operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, clients, and exhibitors as the trusted face of XpoFairs.
  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities and new markets by understanding client needs and industry trends.
  • Support account management and operational workflows to ensure our sales pipeline delivers measurable value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, and customer success teams to drive client growth and improve customer experience.
  • Take a hands‑on role in scaling operations, processes, and sales strategies as we expand into new industries and regions.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years’ experience Defesa?? (corrected) : 1–2 years’ experience in full-cycle B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong negotiator, organiser, and problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced start‑up environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Commercially savvy, analytically sharp, and curious about μας (corrected): how businesses grow.
  • Start‑up minded: willing to wear multiple hats and take ownership of high‑impact projects.
