Are you a Warehouse Shift Supervisor with hands-on experience? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress and grow your career? Or are you seeking security with a full-time, guaranteed hours role?

We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our site in Rugby. The role is Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:30.

Typical daily tasks:

• Organise your team to perform tasks efficiently and safely
• Load and unload vehicles with customer orders accurately and safely
• Operate manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment, including FLT and Flexi trucks
• Perform hygiene tasks and other warehouse duties as required
• Prioritize warehouse and team safety at all times

Requirements to succeed at XPO:

• Experience with WMS & MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
