We’re looking to bring in a
Warehouse operative on the night shift, for our contract based in
Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility. You`ll be working on the night shift
, 1900-0700 Sunday-Wednesday one week and Sunday-Tuesday the next.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a
salary of up to £14.97 per hr. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, holiday pay, and many other perks as well as ongoing training. We also have the XPO University offering relevant courses to your career progression as well as apprenticeships, giving you to navigate your future logistics career with XPO.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
- There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience within Warehousingwould be beneficial
- Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
