Are you looking to use your warehouse experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?
We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative on the night shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility. You`ll be working on the night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, Sunday to Wednesday one week and Sunday to Tuesday the next.

We’re offering a salary of up to £14.97 per hour. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with options to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension, holiday pay, and other perks. We provide ongoing training, and through XPO University, relevant courses and apprenticeships to support your career in logistics.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading vehicles and storing goods in an organized manner
- Manual handling involving cages and larger items; lifting and shifting are required
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience in warehousing is beneficial
- Experience with double handling and bulk stacking is preferred but training will be provided
