Are you looking to use your warehouse experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?
We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative on the night shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility. You`ll be working on the night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, Sunday to Wednesday one week and Sunday to Tuesday the next.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re offering a salary of up to £14.97 per hour. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with options to buy additional days. We provide ongoing training, and through XPO University, relevant courses and apprenticeships to support your career in logistics.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading vehicles and storing goods in an organized manner
- Manual handling involving cages and larger items; lifting and shifting are required
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience in warehousing is beneficial
- Experience with double handling and bulk stacking is preferred but training will be provided
