As a Warehouse Operative, you\’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You\’ll be working 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off Night shift In return for your hard work, we\’ll offer you a competitive rate of £14.90 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.

What you\’ll do on a typical day:
As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products can be accurately picked & despatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team and you will primarily be expected to:

- Work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees)
- Move pallets around the warehouse, safely using a hand pump truck
- Manual order picking by using MHE trucks and RF guns
- Perform various warehouse tasks
- Working to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
- Unloading & loading vehicles.
- Manual order picking
- Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge.
- Full training will be given.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
