Are you looking to use your warehouse experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?
We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative on the night shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility. You`ll be working on the night shift from 1900 to 0700, Monday to Thursday one week and Monday to Wednesday the next.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £14.97 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days. You’ll also have access to high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, holiday pay, and many other perks. We also provide ongoing training through XPO University, including relevant courses and apprenticeships to support your career progression in logistics.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Perform general warehouse duties
- Load and unload vehicles and store goods in an organized manner
- Manual handling involving cages and larger items; lifting and shifting are required
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A focus on health and safety
- Experience in warehousing is beneficial
- Experience with double handling and bulk stacking is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
