Do you have experience leading teams in a warehouse environment? Are you ready to step up and help shape a brand-new operation?
We’re looking for Warehouse Team Leaders to support our Shift Managers in the day-to-day running of our Daventry site. You’ll lead a team of colleagues, drive performance, and make sure customer expectations are met.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Supervise colleagues on your shift to meet pick, pack and despatch targets.
Ensure operational compliance and health & safety standards.
Motivate and support your team to deliver excellent service.
Assist with investigations, performance management, and training.
Work closely with Shift Managers and customers to resolve issues.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Previous experience leading a team in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and support colleagues to hit targets.
A proactive, can-do approach with a focus on solutions.
