Warehouse Team Leader

Do you have experience leading teams in a warehouse environment? Are you ready to step up and help shape a brand-new operation?
We’re looking for Warehouse Team Leaders to support our Shift Managers in the day-to-day running of our Daventry site. You’ll lead a team of colleagues, drive performance, and make sure customer expectations are met.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Supervise colleagues on your shift to meet pick, pack and despatch targets.
- Ensure operational compliance and health & safety standards.
- Motivate and support your team to deliver excellent service.
- Assist with investigations, performance management, and training.
- Work closely with Shift Managers and customers to resolve issues.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Previous experience leading a team in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and support colleagues to hit targets.
- A proactive, can-do approach with a focus on solutions.
