Can you influence effectively in order to get the message across? We are recruiting for an Operational Trainer at our British Gypsum site in Gotham. This is a full-time role and is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within XPO!
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of end to end training cycle
- Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working
- Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CLASS 2 LICENCE
Were looking to pay up to £38,000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Responsibilities
What youll do on a typical day:
- Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment
- Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training
- Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment
- Support our step-up members of the team in their development at the site
