Logistics done differently. XPO is going through enormous (and consistent) growth and it’s not planning to slow down. We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity Leave. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll get exposure to a wide & varied selection of roles and speak to an array of different characters across our fantastic business. Centrally based in Crick, there will be opportunities to work from home and get out to sites. Whilst in the office, you’ll get the chance to build your network internally and become a true recruitment partner. You’ll take charge of the process from the initial brief to managing the offer process.
Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a competitive salary for this role and are open to discussion. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (with the option to purchase an additional 5 days), a workplace pension as well as access to a variety of high street discounts.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Lead and manage a variety of vacancies within your allocated business unit.
- Develop effective strategies for each role to find and engage potential candidates and using your market knowledge, help shape our approach to market.
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain a high level of candidate experience for internal and external hires.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle through; brief; advertising & sourcing; screening; booking interviews and management of the offer process and candidate feedback.
Experience required for the role:
- Prior recruitment experience within an agency environment, RPO or in-house recruitment team.
- Full recruitment lifecycle experience, including direct approach to market with the use of boolean searches.
- Logistics recruitment experience would be desirable.
- Proven experience of building great relationships with internal stakeholders across various levels of seniority and functions.
- Proven experience in managing a large number of vacancies and ideally across multiple sectors and environments.
