Logistics done differently. Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent FLT / Warehouse operatives to join us at our site in Milton Keynes. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 40 hours per week on the Monday to Friday PM shift 1600-0030. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £27,420. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Operate FLT’s in a safe manner
  • Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
  • There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • FLT licence (Counterbalance licence)
  • MHE experience would be very advantageous
  • You must be good with heights!
  • A willingness to learn and build a new career
  • An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
