Overview We’re looking for full-time, permanent Van Day Drivers to join us at our site in Rochester. Your journey may start off in a van, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Warehousing, and more, it just takes the first step! Pay, benefits and more As a Driver, you’ll be working in our network, delivering between sites to customer sites, completing paperwork. You’ll be working a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday day shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you an hourly rate of £12.75. What you’ll do on a typical day Start time between 04:00-06:00 Monday-Friday. Multi drop deliveries (between 5 and 14 drops per day) to London, surrounding area and southern coast. You must be physically fit as the deliveries can be a little heavy. Be organised in approach and able to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills to liaise with traffic office. Excellent customer service skills required. Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards. What you need to succeed at XPO Full UK driving licence No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
