As a Driver, you’ll be delivering palletised products to various sites. Most routes are approximately 3 drops per day. You’ll work a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday day shift from 0600 to 1700. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you £12.60 per hour plus a £1.75 per hour subsistence bonus. We provide ongoing CPC training, and through XPO University, relevant courses and apprenticeships to support your career progression in logistics.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Your daily start time will be 06:00
- You will be fully trained on your routes and role
- Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
- Operate as a single man crew
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A full UK driving licence with C entitlement
- No more than six penalty points; no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
