We’re currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to be based at our site in Burton Latimer on our contract with Weetabix. Working a 12 hour shift continental pattern which includes both day/nights and weekends.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,575 per annum. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead a team of operatives safely, efficiently and fully compliant with site policies and procedures.
- Continually review and suggest improvements to operational SOP’s, training out any changes and ensuring full compliance.
- Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve.
- Support disciplinary meetings as required.
- Contractor call out as required.
- Complete all RTW interviews and administration as required.
- Support the investigation of incidents as required.
- Ensure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- It’s important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience of stepping up to cover Supervisory role.
- Demonstrable experience of working to Objectives/KPI’s.
