We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic IT team on a full time, permanent basis at our headoffice in Crick! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We support both in-house and externally provided solutions, working closely with our offshore support desk to ensure seamless service delivery. The understanding of transport and warehouse operations would be highly advantageous.
Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum. In addition, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT service delivery team to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues and escalations.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with other departments and our offshore support desk to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimise service delivery.
