Logistics done differently. Do you have previous warehouse experience? We are looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best-known brands in the UK.
Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more; it just takes the first step.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You will be working 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off Night shift. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive rate of £14.91 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate. What you will do on a typical day:
- Ensure that our products can be accurately picked and dispatched to our customers on time and in full.
- Work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees).
- Move liquid dairy products across the site.
- Manual order picking by using MHE trucks and RF guns.
- Perform various warehouse tasks.
- Work to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards.
- Unload and load vehicles.
- Manual order picking.
- Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge.
Full training will be given.
