Responsibilities

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and review.
  • Develop clear, compelling, customer‑focused proposals.
  • Define and drive strong win themes.
  • Manage and coach a small bid team.
  • Lead bid reviews, workshops and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and SMEs.
  • Maintain bid content, templates and best practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement across quality and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing complex bids and tenders.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Logistics, supply chain or 3PL experience preferred.
  • APMP or similar methodology a plus.
  • Experience with proposal automation tools.
