This is a field-based leadership role with end-to-end accountability for a high-profile distribution contract. You will lead a team across five key UK sites (customer and XPO sites) with regular travel, primarily operating between South Yorkshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The role requires hands-on leadership across the network and a capability to drive Safety, Service, Budget Performance, and Continuous Improvement.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, identify growth opportunities and shape the future of the contract. A clear path for career advancement is provided, supported by a personalised development plan and senior sponsorship.

Pay, benefits and more: salary up to £55,000 per annum with company car/car allowance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with option to buy additional days, high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, workplace pension, private healthcare and dental cover, and other perks.
