Are you skilled at operating effectively in a transport environment? Do you excel at coordinating operations and customers, creating and adhering to KPIs? Are you adept at building strong, sustainable relationships with customers and stakeholders? If so, we are looking for a Customer Contract Manager to join us and manage our new contract with Joseph Joseph on a day shift, 8:00am – 4:30pm, based at our Rugby site.

Pay, benefits, and more:

We offer a salary of up to £38,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), the option to buy additional days, high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, workplace pension, and other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Support and manage relationships with key customer accounts and the site operations team.
  • Report KPIs to the customer and site stakeholders.
  • Present data during weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews covering warehouse, transport, and inventory.
  • Control costs to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded, and seek continuous improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with regional sites supporting the customer operation.
  • Promote a health & safety culture by leading initiatives that improve safety across the site.
  • Help achieve contractual KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer and operational escalations.
