Logistics done differently. Are you currently working as a Class 2 driver and looking for a change? Do you enjoy being out and about, doing something different each day? Are you looking for a full working week with 40 hours, in a permanent job?

We’re looking for Class 2 drivers to join us at our site, working Monday to Friday in Rochester. You’ll be supporting us with our network operation, working on the day shift. The roles are multi-drop delivering business and commercial supplies to customers at various locations. You will be working weekdays only.

In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £15.63 with overtime at an enhanced rate. In addition, we offer 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years service, plus all our great benefits including ongoing learning with the XPO University, Pension, free uniform and great savings and benefits.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Making deliveries to commercial and residential properties and sites to a specified room
  • Multidrop across several different locations
  • Operating a Cat C Vehicle
  • You will be delivering a variety of different products
  • Full manual handling training will be given

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Cat C Licence (with no more than 6 penalty points or DD DR TT IN endorsement codes)
  • Previous experience would be great for this role, although full training can be given
  • You will be working at customers' sites making complex deliveries so must have previous experience in customer-facing roles
