We’re looking for full-time, permanent Class C&E LGV Night Drivers to join us at our site in Dordon, near Tamworth.

Pay, benefits and more:

  • Average earnings of £46,500, dependant on route
  • Guaranteed minimum of £38,500 for 42 hours Monday to Friday nights (start times vary from 22:00 - 00:30)
  • Fixed routes available giving consistent shifts and earnings

What you’ll do on a typical shift:

  • Make deliveries and collections of premium car parts into secure locations.
  • Handle roll cages, pallets and some light loose items.
  • Conducting vehicle checks pre and post-shift.
  • Provide a first-class service to our customer base.
  • Promote a safe working environment.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement), a valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
  • Knowledge of Drivers hours regulations.
  • Understanding of the UK road network.
  • No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
