We are recruiting a Transport Contract Manager to take full ownership of the Lakeland contract, leading operational performance, customer relationships, compliance, and commercial delivery. This is a key leadership role where you would drive operational excellence, ensure full legal compliance, and lead a high-performing team while acting as the named CPC Holder for the contract.

Pay, benefits and more: We are looking to offer a salary up to £46,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you will do on a typical day:

  • Manage the full contract P&L and deliver on financial targets.
  • Lead two Transport Shift Managers and oversee daily driver operations.
  • Ensure efficient route planning and consistent KPI delivery.
  • Maintain full compliance as the named CPC Holder.
  • Drive Health & Safety standards across drivers and office colleagues.
