Are you looking to use your transport supervisory or management experience in a new role? Here at XPO, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Shift Manager to join us on our Night shift for our Arla (dairy) contract based in Aylesbury. You will need some flexibility to work across our operating hours; on a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour day shift basis.
In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You will have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
- Collaborate with the XPO network to maximise service
- Ensure Operational compliance is met at all times by seeing through servicing plans and managing defect control compliance
- Lead your team to meeting and exceeding operational objectives, such as service provision, productivity and fuel KPIs
- Support the Operations Manager and assist with customer facing forums where applicable
- A track record at a supervisory or management level within a complex, fast-paced transport operation
