We are currently recruiting for a Contract General Manager to oversee our client Arla's sites in Hatfield and Aylesbury. You will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the contract, taking ownership of vehicles and staff as we provide a seamless service to your assigned contracts. We are looking to offer a salary up to £75,000, plus car allowance and bonus. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You will have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
- Oversee the successful implementation of the contract and supporting functions, ensuring regular customer updates on progress and delivery.
- Develop and identify KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives for the contract to ensure high productivity and return.
- Lead regular health and safety and compliance meetings to ensure that all vehicles and equipment are in line with regulations and are safe to operate.
- Build and develop an effective management team for long term success.
- Focus on embedding a culture of integrity, providing clear training, and establishing individual accountability on policy adherence.
