At XPO, we're looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in logistics and develop into the next generation of operational leaders. This isn't a programme where you'll spend two years sitting in meetings or shadowing others. From day one, you'll be given real responsibility, leading teams, solving problems and helping our operations deliver for customers. Over the two-year programme, you'll complete three eight-month placements across our UK operations, gaining experience in both warehouse and transport leadership roles whilst developing valuable hands on experience needed for a successful career with XPO.
