Can you influence effectively in order to get the message across? We are recruiting for an Operational Trainer at our British Gypsum site in East Leake. This is a full-time role and is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within XPO!
Pay, benefits and more:
- We’re looking to pay up to £37,000 per annum.
- In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment.
- Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training.
- Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment.
- Support our step-up members of the team in their development at the site.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Excellent knowledge of end to end training cycle.
- Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working.
- Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- CLASS 2 LICENCE.
