We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Front Desk Clerk to support the smooth running of our PepsiCo Leicester transport operation. You will manage driver despatch and debrief activities, ensuring all operations are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company and legal standards.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £26,845 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you will do on a typical day:
- Coordinate driver despatch, ensuring correct allocation of vehicles, trailers, and paperwork
- Monitor driver start times and escalate any issues
- Complete driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork, PODs, and WTD details are accurately captured
- Maintain system accuracy and compliance within GTS
- Liaise with planning, customer service, and driver control teams to resolve issues
- Support investigations into delivery delays or failures

- Previous logistics or admin experience (preferred)
