Are you a hands-on Transport Manager ready for your big break? We are currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to be based at our site in Norwich, to support our ASHI (Anglian Safestyle Home Improvements) contract.

- Responsibility for the management of customer stock from receipt to final last mile delivery.
- Ensure all colleagues are appropriately inducted in quality, health, safety, and environment matters and any risks in the specific area of working practice, before commencing work.
- Be the point of escalation for Transport issues.
- Coach and manage all staff relevant to transport operation, Drivers, Shunters, and Admin.
- Monitor individual performance through the PDR and 1-2-1 programme.
- Fleet Management and Compliance.
- Previous experience supervising and developing a team within a transport environment is preferred.
- Every day you will need to have an eye on continuous improvement of operational efficiencies and fleet performance - do you have a track record of improving things?
- Transport Manager CPC essential.
