XPO Logistics are looking for a Shift Manager for our Weetabix contract in Burton Latimer. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique warehouse operation, working on a continental shift pattern, which is a rotation of days and night shifts. You will be comfortable challenging processes and driving the operation forwards.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £43,095.25 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You will have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you will do on a typical day:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shift function, including the relationship with the customer.
- Drive standards for operational compliance and health and safety.
- Ensure that late shift KPIs are met and meet the customer SLAs.
- Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- A strong, demonstrable background in warehouse management.
- Ideally, you will have worked in a 3PL environment and understand customer needs.
- Practical exposure to WMS systems including RedPrairie, and ideally, a working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience successfully performance managing leadership teams.
