We are looking to bring in a Warehouse Operative on the continental shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer, based at their production facility. You will be working on the continental shift:

  • Days: 07.00-19.00
  • Nights: 19.00-07.00

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday Days; Friday, Saturday Nights
Week 2: Sunday Night; Wednesday, Thursday Days
Week 3: Monday, Tuesday Nights; Friday, Saturday Days
Week 4: Sunday Day; Wednesday, Thursday Nights

Pay, benefits and more: We are looking to offer a salary of £15.80 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you will do on a typical day:

  • General warehouse duties
  • There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • A focus on health and safety
  • A valid and in date accredited Counterbalance licence
  • Experience within warehousing would be beneficial
  • Preferred but not essential experience with double handling (training will be given)
  • Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking (training will be given)
