Do you want to work for a company that will give you genuine opportunities to develop and progress? Were looking for a full-time Inventory Manager to join us on our shared user site in Daventry. Youll work Monday
Friday, day time hours, ensuring the general operational efficiency of our inventory function. Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to Β£45,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day: Support delivery of Operational, Contracted KPI\βs Support the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports Review and maintain site Business Continuity Plans SOP, SSOW and RA reviews and maintenance, in conjunction with the operations teams Ensure all colleagues are trained, with the right skill sets for their role, in line with the customers activity requirements with an added focus on their wellbeing at all times Manage the resource levels within the stock control team, managing forecasts, budgets and key efficiency metrics at all times. What you need to succeed at XPO: Previous experience in an inventory management role in a fast-paced warehouse operation A solid knowledge of stock processes and procedures The ability to identify improvements and use key performance indicators to improve performance and efficiency Confidence in the use of IT, especially warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office packages We strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
