XPO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS EUROPE Logistics done differently. Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We are looking for a talented HR Advisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis covering our Hatfield site on our Arla contract.

- Guide Managers through employee relations cases in real time, intervening and steering in the appropriate direction taking account of company policies, employment law, best practice and precedent.
- Escalate cases to the HR Manager as necessary.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports, as agreed, to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in the design and delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practice, to enhance knowledge and skills across the site.
- Create and maintain a positive team culture, by actively working in collaboration with the wider HR & Payroll Team.
Experience of working in an HR advisory role, preferably in logistics and multi-site, undertaking a broad range of tasks including working with and advising line managers on employee relations issues.
Minimum one year HR Advisor level.
Flexibility to travel as and when required.
Experience of working in a Logistics/ Transport/ Manufacturing/FMCG environment.
Able to interpret and implement HR Policy and procedures.
