Logistics done differently. Do you have previous warehouse experience? We're looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative/Reach Truck Driver to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best-known brands in the UK. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Warehouse Operative/Reach Truck Driver you'll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You'll be working 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off Night shift 1900-0700. In return for your hard work, we'll offer you a competitive rate of £16.46 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate. What you'll do on a typical day: As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products can be accurately picked & dispatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team and you will primarily be expected to:

  • Work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees)
  • Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
  • Manual order picking by using MHE trucks and RF guns
  • Perform various warehouse tasks
  • Working to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
  • Manual order picking
  • Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge. Full training will be given.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • A current FLT Reach truck licence.
  • Basic IT skills
  • A willingness to learn and build a new career.
  • An interest or previous experience in warehousing
  • Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
