this is your launchpad. Whats in it for you? By joining our two-year programme, you\’ll gain hands-on experience in dynamic operational roles across the UK. You\’ll be given real responsibilities, receive first class support from your Learning & Development team, and be paired with a senior mentor wholl support guide your career. This is more than a graduate programme, its the start of your leadership journey. In fact, many of our former graduates now hold roles like Regional Transport Manager, General Manager, Account Director and even our current Managing Director began their journey on the graduate programme! What will you be doing? Youll be stepping into a leadership role on each placement whether that be a Team Leader, Shift Manager or Warehouse Manager. Youll have a team, daily accountabilities and exposure to everything you need to become a leader of the future. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities . Youll be an integral part of the operation, with responsibilities that could include: Running your own shift and leading your frontline teams
Working with the team to support the customer relationship and solving real-time issues
Working and supporting our drivers to overcome road or delivery point challenges *can you reword or add in a line re warehouse operations please
Supporting the wellbeing and performance of your team
Contributing to key projects in sustainability, continuous improvement, and new site launches
