We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Drivers Mates to join us at our site in Gloucester. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekends off!

- We’re offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.38 with additional shift allowances available.
- In addition, we offer 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days with 4 years service.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Accurately and safely load and unload vehicles.
- Deliver goods as part of a 2-person crew.
- Your daily start time will be between 06:00 and 08:00.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Previous installation experience would be advantageous.
- Category B driving licence.
- Be flexible regarding finish times.
- Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of office equipment would also be of advantage.
