Customer Contract Manager Rugby (Day Shift)
Salary: Up to £38,000 | MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm

Were looking for a Customer Contract Managerto take the reins on our brand-new partnership withJoseph Joseph, based at our Rugby site.This is a key role where youll be the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring service excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £38,000 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What youll do on a typical day:

• Managing the day-to-day relationship with the customer and internal site teams
• Leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with clear KPI reporting across warehouse, transport, and inventory
• Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the site meets or exceeds budget targets
• Driving a strong health & safety culture across the operation
• Supporting regional sites involved in the customers supply chain
• Handling customer and operational escalations with confidence and clarity
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Essential:Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Essential:Experience in a 3PL transport environment managing a large customer
• Essential:Proven ability to manage and report on KPIs
• Essential:Confident in leading customer reviews and handling escalations
• Essential:A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
