Logistics done differently. Do you have previous warehouse experience? We're looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our site in Bury St Edmunds. Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more; it just takes the first step!
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be working in our busy warehouse facility, moving pallets, using MHE such as forklifts, loading and unloading vehicles. You'll be working 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday shift with 12:00 starts. In return for your hard work, we'll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £14.14. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Using MHE in a safe manner
- Operating FLTs
- Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
- There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Ideally an FLT licence
- A willingness to learn and build a new career
- An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
