Can you influence effectively in order to get the message across? We are recruiting for an Operational Trainer at our British Gypsum site in Robertsbridge. This is a full-time role and is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within XPO!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment.
  • Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training.
  • Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment.
  • Support our step-up members of the team in their development at the site.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Excellent knowledge of end to end training cycle.
  • Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working.
  • Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • CLASS 2 LICENCE.
