Working within a multinational and people-focused transport company, we are looking for a Customer Service Accounts Advisor to join us based in Leigh. You will be part of our frontline team, which is the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with advice, service, and tailored solutions.
Pay, benefits and more: We are looking to offer a salary of up to £24,784 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Work closely with the operation team to ensure customer commitments and expectations are met
- Prioritise where needed, juggling queries, chasing deliveries and resolving issues
- Keep customers updated with all areas of the business
- Continuously work on building relations through the business and with the customer
