We\’re looking to bring in a talented Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee operations at our site in Daventry. You\’ll be responsible for ensuring that your shift runs smoothly, teams are engaged, and service standards are achieved safely and efficiently.

What you\’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead, manage and engage your shift team.
• Ensure the warehouse runs efficiently, achieving all KPIs and customer SLAs.
• Build strong customer relationships, both face-to-face and through daily communication.
• Drive compliance with Health & Safety and site procedures.
• Provide clear handovers between shifts.
• Look for ways to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Proven management experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
• IT literate, comfortable with Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Experience working in a new start up enviroment is preffereable.
• IOSH or equivalent health & safety training desirable.
