We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Porter to join our team based in Milton Keynes, working as part of a wider operation linked to our Doncaster site.
This is a day shift role, with up to two overnight stays per week and early start times between (05:00 and 06:00) supported by overnight trunking—your vehicle will be pre‑loaded overnight, ready for your delivery routes the following day
You’ll work closely alongside an HGV Driver, ensuring safe, professional delivery of high‑end goods.

- What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Support the delivery of high‑end kitchens to sites and private homes nationwide
- Complete an average of 6-8 deliveries per day
- Provide excellent face‑to‑face customer service
- Work as part of a two‑person crew alongside an HGV driver
- Use PDA scanners to accurately confirm deliveries
- Carry out manual handling duties, using equipment such as pump trucks and sack barrows
- What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- A valid UK Category B driving licence (maximum 6 points, no DR, DD or IN endorsements)
- Willingness to obtain a CSCS Green Labourer Card within 3 months
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of uniform, PPE, hygiene, and vehicle cleanliness
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided
