IMMEDIATE OFFERS AND STARTS! XPO will be hosting an open day on Tuesday the 18th of August, offering immediate starts for CE Night Drivers! Come along to our PepsiCo site on the 18th of August, between 10am and 3pm for interview, assessment and a full offer of permanent employment! All you'll need to bring is your licence, CPC and Digi cards, along with your proof of right to work in the UK.

We are currently hiring Class 1 Drivers and have full time and part time opportunities available. You will be working PM shifts out of our Leicester depot on various fixed shift patterns. We can provide guaranteed hours; a state-of-the-art fleet and a great bunch of people, plus you’ll get access to top discounts!

Pay, Benefits And More

In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £17.50 for nights, £18.50 for Saturdays and £19.50 for Sundays, paid monthly. Weekly hours on a full-time contract are based on a 45-hour working pattern. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, 24-hour GP appointments, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks including ongoing CPC training and personal development opportunities.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

  • You will have a fixed start time between 1800 to 0600 - fixed start time window (1 hour before or after base time) there is an element of weekend working.
  • Part time contracts available on Thursday - Sunday Shifts.
  • You will be delivering palletised ambient products direct to stores and Distribution Centres as well as inter depot trunking.
  • Operating curtain sider and box trailers.
  • Runs vary from 1-4 drops per shift.

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

  • A maximum of no more than 6 points on your license.
  • A minimum 6 months Category C+E driving experience required.
  • Up to date CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
  • No DD, DR points on your license.
