Logistics done differently. Are you a Cat C driver looking for more than a local multi‑drop role that does not seem to be getting you anywhere? We are looking for an LGV C driver to work Monday to Friday from our Ilkeston depot, with the ability to enjoy weekends with friends and family.
Pay, Benefits and More
Weekly schedule: 48‑hour WTD average, 2 to 3 nights out per week. Starting time: between 0400 and 0600. Salary: £35,193.60 per year or £14.10 per hour, paid monthly. Overtime paid at 1.5× after 51.25 hrs per week. Night out allowance: £25 per night, paid parking when required. Benefits include high‑street discounts, cycle‑to‑work scheme, workplace pension, medical coverage and yearly DCPC.
Typical Day
- Drive modern vehicles that are FORS Silver compliant and built for driver comfort.
- Night out up to 3 times per week, with night out allowance and paid parking.
- Deliver pipes, pallets, trade customers and sites general haulage within the XPO network as required.
Requirements
- Valid LGV C or LGV C+E licence. New LGV C drivers must pass a mandatory driving assessment.
- Current Digi card and CPC.
- No more than 6 points on the licence.
- No DD, DR or IN endorsements on the licence.
