We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/Reach truck driver on the continental shift, for our contract based in Corby, Based at their production facility. You’ll be working on the continental shift.
Shift Pattern
- Day shifts: 07:00–19:00
- Night shifts: 19:00–07:00
- Rotation: A 16-week rota alternating between day and night shifts.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £16.40 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- General warehouse duties
- There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!
What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- A focus on health and safety and a Valid and in date accredited Reach truck licence
- Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial
- Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
