Logistics done differently. We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team, operating from an outbase in Milton Keynes while working alongside our wider Doncaster operation. This is a day role with early starts (05:00–06:00), supported by overnight trunking—your vehicle will be pre-loaded overnight, ready for your delivery routes the following day.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

  • Multi-drop delivery of high-end kitchens to construction sites and private homes across the UK
  • Completing 6–8 deliveries per day with a strong focus on customer service
  • Double manning with a porter to support safe deliveries
  • Using PDA scanners for accurate delivery tracking and sign-off
  • Carrying out manual handling using equipment such as pump trucks and sack barrows

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

  • A Full Category C (Class 2) Licence
  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card & CPC
  • No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
