Our site in Hull is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our contract with Crown. Working Night, 2245-0715.
Pay, benefits, and more
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £16.77 per hr. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day
- Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of FLT operatives
- Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
- Carry out team briefings and general staff communication
- Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors
What you need to succeed at XPO
- Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment
- Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
- Confidence in warehouse health and safety
- MHE License is desired (or a willingness to undertake training towards this)
